OUR STORY
Yes2Jobs was born from a simple but urgent belief: that the most dynamic, talented, and underestimated workforce in Los Angeles is sitting in classrooms and community spaces across the city — waiting for someone to open a door.
We were founded to be that door.
What started as a direct service organization delivering career cohorts to underserved youth has grown into something larger — a movement building the infrastructure, the technology, and the community relationships needed to permanently transform how BIPOC youth discover, prepare for, and compete in high-growth industries.
We are not just training students for the jobs of today. We are developing the architects, entrepreneurs, and leaders of tomorrow.
