Yes . Yes2Jobs interns are paid at least minimum wage ($15)/hour, by the employer. We are interested in teaching them that their time and talent has value.
The length of the internship can vary. We recommend at least 20 hours per week but not to exceed 40. The duration of the internship should between 8 and 10 weeks to allow for the maximum benefit to both the company and the intern.
Once we receive your job description we look through our interns and try to match the request with the interests and experience of the interns. We then refer 2 interns for each position and you decide on which intern you would like to extend an offer. We do not believe in “placing” interns. They need to understand that they always are competing for opportunities.
